The few weeks of the Autumn season are ideal to enjoy beautiful vistas of the vineyard as the leaves take on an array of flamboyant colors, from deep reds to golden hues. Our chef Julien Lefebvre likewise expresses his vision of our local terroir and reinterprets the finest of local produce: mushrooms, crab, hare, fig and exotic fruits.
