Michel Lynch
Organic Wine

AOC Bordeaux

Red and white wines organically-grown grapes

Michel Lynch is part of a sustainable development approach and enriches his range with high quality organic wines (certified AB) made from rigorously selected grapes. Committed to respecting a global eco-responsible approach, Michel Lynch also has particularly environmentally-friendly packaging.

With a beautiful ruby color, Michel Lynch Organic Wine Red presents an intense nose with black fruits and sweet spices aromas. Generous and full, the palate is dominated by black cherry and blueberry notes, and a hint of mocha. The finish, very fruity, is elegant and long.

This 100% Merlot will go perfectly with a caesar salad, a roasted tender veal or a well-matured Saint-Nectaire cheese.

Michel Lynch Organic Wine White has a beautiful pale color with green reflections and presents a very expressive nose with aromas of verbena, exotic fruits and a slight note of pear. On the palate, the wine is rich and luscious and reveals a pleasant tension. The finish is very aromatic, enhanced by a nice bitterness and a lot of freshness.

90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Sémillon, this wine will go with a salad of endives, pear & cheese or as well as a plate of scallops & leeks.

Vintages

A mild and rainy winter, a particularly hot month of February and the summer weather in the beginning of spring, the bud break occurred early. The intense frost episode during the nights of April 7 and 8 caused historic damages to the entire French vineyard. The vegetative cycle was very disturbed but hope is reborn with the counter-buds which restart in the last week of April thanks to milder temperatures. The very wet month of June created millerandage and coulure phenomenon, limiting again the harvest potential. Great vigilance in the vineyard allows the grapes to mature in good sanitary conditions despite a complicated climatology.
